Bass Coast has always had a no refund policy, however, we understand that these are extenuating circumstances,” explained Graham.

“We will be refunding all-volunteer deposits, vehicle passes, reserved campsites, bell tents, cabins, and pre-ordered T-shirts.”

Co-founder Liz Thomson stated, “These are challenging and uncertain times for everyone and our hearts go out to those most affected. We will miss our community dearly this summer and look forward to reuniting on the dance floor in 2021.”
