The Crippling Tyranny of the State

This video features an interview with Calgary resident Keith Gall, a medical marijuana patient confined to a wheelchair with multiple sclerosis, who faces potential eviction for legally growing cannabis after officials requested massive changes to his home for suspected mold.

Gall was told by the Alberta Health Services that his home needed to undergo extensive testing, requiring the homeowner to remove all baseboards, window casings, insulation and carpeting – a process that Gall was informed would cost somewhere around $30,000.

You can read about the story here and also watch Cannabis in Canada LIVE, where Gall’s story is discussed in more detail.
