Ohio to Vote on Legalization in November 2016

It won’t be official until the end of the week, but early indications are that Ohio voters will get to decide whether to legalize cannabis in November 2016.

The group, Responsible Ohio, needed 30,000 more valid signatures by the end of the week to put the issue on the ballot. A survey of county boards of elections showed the group had collected enough.
