Vancouver’s annual 420 cannabis celebration at Sunset Beach is only two months away! With cannabis legalization on the horizon, this is a huge moment for the culture, but at the same time, 420 will continue to be a protest as long as people can still face jail time for cannabis possession.
For all the vendors out there, you can make your reservations starting today, Feb. 15. Just head over to Cannabis Culture at 307 W. Hastings in downtown Vancouver. Booking a booth requires a donation of either $500 or $750, but at least then you will be guaranteed a spot at one of the biggest cannabis events in the world- last year’s event drew an estimated crowd of 35,000!
There are also plenty of free spaces available, but those are first come, first serve. If you’re going for one of these, it’s recommended to get there early. You can start setting up as early as 5 am on 420 and please keep in mind the load-in zone closes at 9 am.
Make sure to bring everything you need (tables, chairs, etc.) as only the 10′ x 10′ space is provided.
