Cannabis in Canada broadcast live from Duncan Dabfest earlier this month, where thousands of dollars were raised toward various cannabis community causes.
Organizer Annissa Warner said it won’t be the last Dabfest in the city and plans to expand the event across the country and plans to host the third edition before Christmas.
“I have booked the heritage centre in Duncan again for a pre-Christmas trade show for Nov. 25, 26 and 27, and due to the overwhelming response to the last Dabfest I have had to start an application process for exhibitors,” said Warner. “We will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the local Duncan food bank.”
