Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. has been retained to provide equity financing advisory services to PharmaCielo Ltd.
PharmaCielo Ltd. is a Toronto-based global company with a focus on processing and supplying all natural, medicinal-grade cannabis oil extracts and related products to large channel distributors internationally. A wholly owned subsidiary, PharmaCielo Colombia Holdings S.A.S., is headquartered at the company’s Nursery and Propagation Centre in Rionegro, Colombia, a well-established centre for cut-flower-growing, supplying the global market.
In 2016, PharmaCielo Colombia Holdings S.A.S. became the first company to receive a license from the Colombian government to manufacture cannabis oil extracts. It is currently awaiting the second stage of the Colombian government’s licensing protocol for cannabis cultivation.
Pending government approval, PharmaCielo plans to begin marijuana propagation and processing into medicinal-grade cannabis oil extracts for wholesale export. The company’s location in Colombia offers long-term business sustainability due to a low-cost business jurisdiction, exceptional climate and natural 12-hour-sunlight cultivation environment.
