Full Health Canada Statement on New Medical Cannabis Regulations

Health Canada announced, after being ordered by the Allard court ruling to change the current MMPR program to allow for patients to, once again, grow their own cannabis, the new Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR), which will take effect Aug. 24.
