Highmark Marketing Inc.’s subsidiary, BCBud Producers Inc., has received correspondence from Health Canada concerning its medical cannabis license application under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR). Additional paperwork needs to be addressed by July 29, 2015. BCBud, under the stewardship of Bill Marshall, continues to advance the application. BCBud cannot produce cannabis under the MMPR until it has been granted a full license, and it is currently not known if, or when, BCBud will ever obtain this license.
