Strains at local dispensaries often vary a few dollars per gram. But, have you ever wondered about the most expensive cannabis strains in the world?
I’m talking about the best money can buy!
Let’s see how much someone is willing to spend for some fine weed from prime marijuana seeds.
The Most Expensive: Cannabis Caviar
It ain’t your grandpa’s pot.
– Joel Warner
Cannabis Caviar is the most expensive cannabis you can buy. It is not a specific strain, but rather a concept.
What makes the caviar so prestigious is how it is made. Cannabis Caviar is made by soaking high-quality buds in potent hash oil (concentrated liquid cannabis). Once the oil has soaked into the marijuana buds, the result is one very concentrated bud! Usually, the buds range from 5-20% THC while the hash ranges from 30-80%. Putting these together will certainly have a strong effect!

The Oracle is an Indica strain with a high THC content of 45% alongside 20% CBD. This was once the most sought-after, expensive strains in the world. One day, a lab in California was running some tests only to discover the strain is a fake! It was in fact genetically identical to the strain ACDC. People were paying absurd prices for a strain they could purchase at any dispensary for a fraction of the price.
This strain is a Sativa-dominant hybrid. It was created by backcrossing the parent strain, Blue Dream with itself. This is an excellent strain to help spark creativity and focus. Loud Dream is quite potent, with an average THC level of around 26-28%!

White Fire OG
White Fire OG is one of the strongest Hybrids in the world! It is most widely known for its qualities that seem to offer the best of both worlds. If you want an intense, but energetic high that is sure to impress you can’t go wrong. The parent strains are The White and Fire OG. White Fire OG contains an average of 30% THC.

Fruity Pebbles Strain
Fruity Pebbles is a sweet hybrid strain that was finely crafted by Alien Genetics (for a limited time only). The parent strains are Green ribbon and Tahoe Alien, while also taking some genetics from grandaddy purple. Fruity Pebbles has since been used to produce two new strains, Sweet Pebbles and Little Sebastian. The flavor from the strain is said to resemble the Fruity Pebbles cereal. Not to mention the bright colorful buds! This strain has a THC reading of around 18%. Fruity Pebbles is a great choice when you need to destress and mellow out! This is also a good strain to help with sleep troubles.
