5 Cannabis Events We’ll Miss in 2020

The cannabis industry has never had more events to chose from than 2020. A few years ago we only a handful but now there is at least one every week.

As the market for cannabis grows and becomes sophisticated the number of cannabis conventions is starting to increase. However, due to COVID-19, we will miss out on some of those events.

Calgary Cannabis Expo is a one-day conference where you can get up-to-date on what’s happening in the world of cannabis. They also have numerous speakers, and allow you to connect with other cannabis professionals.

420 Vancouver

This list would not be complete without 420 Vancouver. It was anticipating over 100,000 people on 4/20 this year. Vancouver‘s 4/20 has grown into one of the biggest and most popular public events.

Lift & Co. Cannabis Expo

This event was supposed to feature over 250 exhibitors from Canada and around the world. The Lift & Co. Cannabis Expo is Canada’s signature event for cannabis consumers, professionals, and investors.

420 Toronto

The city’s longest-running event supporting the legalizing of marijuana. 420 Toronto was going to take place at Nathan Phillips Square.

Hempfest

This year they were going to have local comedian, Pete Zedlacher, & Chris Foord (former host of The Cannabis Show) & The Cannabis Sommelier. Featuring an Iron Chef-style ‘Cooking with Cannabis” with guest judges.  Hempfest was also going to have sections for browsing education & shopping.
