In this episode of Chronic Cooking, Craig Ex aka The Expert of Expert Joints reveals the recipe for his favourite Chocolate Chip Cookies, one of the “all-time classics when it comes to cooking with cannabis”.

But whether or not you use any cannabis, these chocolate chip cookies are amazing either way and almost as easy to make as they are to eat, so let’s get our ingredients and get ready for some happy baking!

Let’s get Chronic Cooking!

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Cream together 1 cup of butter and 1 and a half cups of brown sugar. Then, add in 2 eggs and 1 and a half teaspoons of vanilla, and beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, then gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
Stir in 1 package of chocolate chips and mix well.
Drop the dough by tablespoons on to an un-greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack and enjoy.

  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
