Cannabis Infused Sundried Tomato Pesto

  • 1 cup of sundried tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup of pecorino romano (or parmesan)
  • 1/4 cup of basil
  • 1/4 cup of hemp seeds
  • 1-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 3-5 ml of cannabis oil

To begin this simple recipe, you will need a food processor. You can chop the ingredients or mortar & pestle them, but for simplicity’s sake, we’ll stick with a food processor. Add in your sundried tomatoes first, and blend until they’ve broken down slightly. Next, add in all remaining ingredients. Pulse your processor until the pesto has completely blended.

Classic Infused Basil Pesto

  • 3 cups of basil
  • 1/3 cup of pecorino romano (or parmesan)
  • 1/3 cup of hemp seeds
  • 1-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 3-5 ml of cannabis oil

In your food processor, add in all of your basil and pulse until it breaks down slightly. Next, add in your cheese, hemp seeds, garlic, olive oil, and cannabis oil. Reattach the lid and process until completely pulverized. You may need to stop to scrape the sides down as you blend. It’s as simple as that!
