Edibles: Let’s Stir the Pot Panel

Eating is one of the great joys in life. I mean, can you name someone who doesn’t love a good meal? It’s something that we all do and literally cannot live without, and edibles represent that happy overlap between cannabis and food.

In this panel hosted by Craig Ex of Expert Joints, we join the Wellness Soldier Cody Lindsay, professional Muay Thai fighter and owner of Bless Edibles Angelina Blessed, and Virginia Vidal, the founder of Mary’s Wellness as they compare methodologies, fave recipes, extraction processes, and the importance of dosage consistency.

It has been said that cooking is science for hungry people and watching this video really makes you realize how true that is sometimes, especially when these speakers are talking about terpenes, decarboxylation, nanotechnology and the need for standardized lab testing.

But that just goes to show there is an art and science to edibles, and this video gives you a greater appreciation for the culinary artistry these speakers do, but don’t worry, it’s not all science and acronyms.

One of the most interesting things I learned from the video is that raw cannabis is not psychoactive at all, and that Liberty Farms actually feeds their chickens raw cannabis and they lay green eggs- I guess Dr. Seuss was onto something after all!

They also answer important questions that I’m sure we’ve all had at one point or another, such as:

“How long should you wait before eating more edibles if you don’t feel anything?”

and

“What do you do if you’ve eaten too much?”

For all that and more, check out the video!
