This is an honest review of a dope little handheld vape. If you’re not into flower vapes, this article was meant for you. Generally, I don’t use them but this thing is sweet.
Why I don’t generally like flower vapes
If you are anything like me, you hold the belief that you have to ‘cough to get off’. Vaporizing flower doesn’t usually do it for me because I find I just don’t get much of a toke. This thing is different. You can customize your toke because you heat it with a torch lighter. Plus, because it retains the heat, one blast from the torch will last for several tokes. In short, if you want to taste the terps or hit it really hard, this device will work for you.
The Hippie X
The hippie X vape is a small but effective personal flower vaporizer; you heat it yourself with a torch lighter. For the most part, it’s made of metal and seems to be pretty durable. It’s discreet, easy to use, and comes apart in five pieces for super easy cleaning. At first, when I pulled it apart, I struggled to put the device back together. Then again, that’s me. It’s quite likely that you’ll have better luck but in case you struggle, know you’re not alone.
The packaging had a QR code printed on it which was supposed to give you the device directions. However, because of the design of the packaging, my phone wouldn’t register the QR code. But, the website was pretty comprehensive and I could have figured it out on my own.
Ease of use
For the most part, this little vaporizer is easy to use. It fits about a bong bowl worth of ground-up flower and holds it securely in a chamber with airflow. The filters are adorable but they’re pretty unique. Luckily, the device comes with a few of them. All in all, the hippie X vape is easy to load and simple to use; you just scoop up some flower and aim your torch at the X on the bottom.

At the end of the day, it’s all about getting the best bang out of your bud. The Hippie X Vape exceeded my expectations and I’m glad I have it in my collection.
