New Music Friday: Swae Lee, ZHU, The Kid LAROI, Mike WiLL Made-It

Welcome back to another edition of New Music Fridays. A very hip hop dominant week as we have both hard-hitting and TikTok worthy music tracks. This week we feature music from Swae Lee, ZHU, The Kid LAROI, Mike WiLL Made-It.

Krabby Step (feat. Tyga, Lil Mosey) – Swae Lee

It is without question that TikTok is a huge player in what music blows up these days. Swae Lee capitalizes on this opportunity and pairs with Tyga (who has been making TikTok worthy songs) and Lil Mosey. This music track features a sample from Spongebob, a childhood icon, over a playful trap beat. With simple instructional lyrics, this song is bound to explode on the internet both for its comedic value and nostalgic touch.

I Admit It (feat. 24kGoldn) – ZHU

An unlikely pairing as ZHU features 24kGoldn on his new music track. ZHU masterfully produces a hypnotic song that beautifully compliments his iconic falsetto style and 24kGoldn’s emerging autotune vocals. The visuals of this music video feature a dark club-like fashion show featuring bare beautiful women. The combination of the two creates a psychedelic experience for any viewer.

TRAGIC (feat. YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Internet Money) – The Kid LAROI

The Kid LAROI comes in hard on this music track, talking about the various struggles of women, money, and fame that he faced coming up in the game. This music track also features YoungBoy Never Broke Again, marking the two’s first collaboration together. The two throw down verses that are processed to get that trending trap auto-tune sound, really making this a hit song that deserves the limelight.

What That Speed Bout!? (feat. Nicki Minaj, YoungBoy Never Broke Again) – Mike WiLL Made-It

Mike WiLL Made-It delivers again with this club-hot music track. The fast-paced drums and driving 808s would have had any venue jumping up and down. In addition to Mike’s verse, Nicki and YoungBoy also keep pace with the song with some incredibly fast rapping. The whole crew really hit the mark on this track, having you ask ‘what that speed bout!?

And that’s a wrap on our New Music Friday, we hope you enjoy our picks as much as we did! Let us know in the comments below what other tracks would have had the clubs bouncing this week. Also, if you missed hearing last Friday music list click here.
