RockBridge Resources Inc. had signed a letter of intent with 1016677 B.C. Ltd. (“677”) regarding the proposal to amalgamate to form a new issuer, Amalco, to be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange. 677 held certain rights with respect to a proposed medical marijuana facility. 677 has now advised that it will not be proceeding with the proposed amalgamation and related transactions.
RockBridge will now again be seeking and considering various viable strategic alternatives, including a possible merger with another resource or non-resource company.
With the cancellation of the proposed amalgamation, RockBridge anticipates that its shares will resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange shortly.
