New Music Friday: Lil Yachty, SAINt JHN, Sabrina Claudio, Juicy J

Welcome back to another week of fresh music. We’re sure that these picks will have you jamming out the entire weekend. This week includes music from Lil Yachty, SAINt JHN, Sabrina Claudio, Juicy J.

Flex Up – Lil Yachty, Future, Playboi Carti

A dream collaboration from some big players in the trap scene, Lil Yachty, Future and Playboi Carti all come together on this banger. Racking up over 100k views on youtube since it’s release, this track features catchy verses from all the rappers and a hook that would have had the clubs jumping. It is clear why these guys are some of the biggest names in the games with a track like this.

Smack DVD (Feat. Kanye West) – SAINt JHN

Despite giving his fans some songs off of his third studio album, SAINt JGN is back with a little Kanye flair. The collaboration that everyone has been waiting for, the two spit bars on this dark hip hop beat. Accompanied by provocative visualizers, both artists throw down fast-paced raps over crisp trap drums.

Christmas Blues – Sabrina Claudio, The Weeknd

With Christmas around the corner, Sabrina Claudio teams up with The Weeknd for this holiday track. However, instead of the jolly Christmas cheer that everyone is used to, Claudio decides to spin a more somber tone. Lyrics about the need for a significant other, both artists showcase their singing talents on a track about needing that person on Christmas.

1995 – Juicy J, Logic

Coming off of his latest studio album, Juicy J was able to snag a feature from Logic before his retirement. Considering this may have been one of his last features, Logic showcases his lyrical flow and vocabulary. It is clear that Juicy J had made this track for Logic as it has tones similar to his earlier projects such as Bobby Tarantino.

With that last song, we have come to the end of our New Music Friday series. We hope that this week’s haul of hip hop will keep you warm and bopping through the last November weekend.
