Infused waffles

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 3/4 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of cannabis butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

To begin the waffle batter, prepare two mixing bowls. In the first bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix until homogenous: sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. In the second bowl, add together all of your wet ingredients and whisk until combined: milk, eggs, cannabis butter, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until combined but not completely smooth, the batter should resemble a thick paint. Ladle the batter into your waffle iron, keeping finished waffles warm while you begin the syrup.

Sour diesel & blueberry maple syrup

  • 1 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 5 grams of sour diesel, decarbed

Place a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, and add in all three of your ingredients. Stir gently with a spoon until the blueberries and cannabis are completely saturated in syrup.

Bring up to a simmer and allow it to reduce until the desired consistency is reached. Remove the syrup mixture from the stove and pass through a fine strainer. Once your waffle stack is complete, serve them up with this delicious fruit-infused syrup.
