The 3rd annual Fore20 Cup and Market on Aug. 19, 2018, was a smashing success. The golf tournament portion sold out and with returning favorites like the cannabis cup, the dab carts, a delicious dinner, and a day full of networking, love, and community, everyone got a taste of why Fore20 is one of the BC cannabis community’s fastest growing and best-kept secrets.
And as you can see from the photo gallery by Craig from Weedography, it was a hell of a lot of fun!
Fore20 was organized by the Cannabis Growers of Canada at the beautiful Squamish Valley Golf and Country Club, and there were a bunch of new additions- there was more than one dab cart making the rounds at this year’s Fore20, and there was even a brand new type of cart- a syrup cart driven by our friends at Thompson Caribou Concentrates. There was also a market that was packed with some of BC’s best cannabis-related vendors.
Fore20 also raised over $600 for the Cannabis Substitution Project, which is fighting the opioid crisis in the DTES by giving away cannabis care packages twice a week at VANDU in an effort to get people off of opioids by using cannabis instead. The care packages contain edibles and some dried cannabis and is a much safer alternative to the opioid street drugs out there.
Even better, Jeff Lundstrom, the owner of Skunk Funk who was visiting BC all the way from Saskatoon, matched the money raised to add up to a total of over $1200 for the Cannabis Substitution Project!

We can’t wait for next year and make sure you save the date for the 4th annual Fore20 Cup- it’s set for Aug. 19, 2019!
We’re looking forward to seeing you there.
