Toronto Police have released the details of three separate raids against dispensaries in the city yesterday.
“On Wednesday, October 5, 2016, officers executed a 3 [stet] search warrants at the SWED Dispensary, at 3440 Lake Shore Blvd West, Better Living 222 Dispensary at 2791 Lake Shore Blvd West and the Corner Store Dispensary at 1128 The Queensway,” a police statement read. “Ryan Robinson, 30, of Toronto; Tanvi Jaswal, 19, of Toronto; Nicholas Gibbon-Hudson, 25, of Mississauga; Laura Mendez, 28, of Toronto; Jason Haist, 30, of Toronto, and Kelly Tsui, 28, of Toronto, were arrested.”
Both SWED Dispensary and Better Living 222 had previously been raided by police over the last several months, with both targeted in the Project Claudia raids this past Spring and Better Living 222 involved in more police action last month.

All of the accused are charged with possession schedule II substance, possession schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime.
The majority of the accused appeared in court earlier this morning, while Kelly Tsui is scheduled to appear  Nov. 16.
Police claim over $24,000 of cannabis and related products were seized.
